My Warranty: Built to Last (But Hey, Life Happens)

At Steadfast Industries, I stand behind every knife and tool I make.
When you buy one of my knives, you're not just getting a tool — you're getting a lifetime commitment from me.

Our Promise:
If your knife ever fails you because of craftsmanship or materials, I’ll make it right. Simple as that. I believe a knife should be something you trust with your life — or at least your lunch — and I take that seriously.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship flaws

Total Blade Failure Policy:
In the rare event of a total blade failure (hey, life is unpredictable), I’ll replace it for just one-quarter (1/4) of the original price. This small cost helps cover my manufacturing expenses — and keeps you equipped with the knife you deserve.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear. (knives deserve a little patina)
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or even trying to cut through a car door.
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs.

Lifetime Sharpening:
Blades dull — it’s a fact of life. Good news? I offer lifetime sharpening!
If your knife ever loses its edge, send it back to me and I’ll get it razor-sharp again — no charge. Just cover shipping, and I’ll handle the rest.

How to Make a Warranty Claim or Get Sharpening:
Submit a claim through the contact me tab with your order info and a quick description of the issue (or just say, "Hey, my knife's tired"). I'll make sure to get you squared away faster than you can say “sharpening stone.”

The Fine Print:
I do reserve the right to determine whether a claim is covered and whether I'll repair or replace the knife. I want you happy, but also need to keep the lights on.

Shipping & Returns Instructions

Sending Your Knife In:

  1. Submit a request through contact us below with your name, order info, and what you need (warranty claim, sharpening, etc.).
  2. I'll reply with a quick approval and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your knife safely (preferably in its original box or something equally secure).
  4. Ship it to the address I provide. You cover the shipping to us; we'll cover it back to you.

Important:

  • Please clean your knife before sending it in — I love your adventures, but don't need to see leftover camp stew or deer season in the package.
  • Always include your contact info inside the package so I know whose awesome blade I'm working on.
